Gary,
For VFP5 it is COMCTL32.OCX, for VFP 6 it is MSCOMCTL.OCX. They supposed to be in \Windows\System directory.
You can register it with REGSVR32 COMCTL32.OCX command from Windows Start\Run button. Check also FOXREG.PRG in Files Section\Visual FoxPro in general - it makes sure that all VFP stuff is registered properly.
