There are a number of follow-on books from Wrox Press that build on "Instant HTML", including volumes on both the IE and NetScrape variants of DHTML, and an interesting volume on IE5 implementation of XML. They also have a useful set of books on the various scripting languages available for the HTML and WIndows environments; "VBScript Programmer's Reference Guide" and "WIndows Script Host Programmer's Reference Guide" are two that I've found incredibly useful.
So far, I've yet to hit a bad book from Wrox Press.
