The second part is easy. All controls are objects in the formset, so can be accessed as

myformset.form.control.pem

?.pem

The first part, IMO, is a bad interface. Are you sure you can't use one form with a pageframe instead?

I could use a pageframe. But then I lose the look and feel of the flowing app. This an app geared toward idiots. I need something that is step by step with no alternative courses of action. I felt the formset and the way it tabs through from one form to the next and all of the controls can be referenced from anywhere else seemed the perfect solution. Think of the app as something like an order form. When I complete all of the pertinent tasks on the page, I click next, and he continues on to the next step- no skipping, easy format, and easy on the eyes. I don't have to cram tons of information on the screen at one time. If you can think of any good way to keep this format and remove all the windows except current from view I would appreciate whatever you've got.

thanks-
