Rolf,
I second on Bruce's idea. Do not try to change standarts w/o very solid reasons. Today they may look fantastic but what if MS decides commandbuttons to be say blue in next version ?
If you still want to do it and using wizards then just go and change wizard template forms (they're in wizstyle.vcx).
