Recently, I made a false move in the desktop and since then I was unable to access the Dos window anymore.

Many people have tried to help me. We redo some entries in the registry, we checked the necessary files in the Windows directory, etc. but were unable to find the solution.

However, from Visual FoxPro, I can do ! COMMAND.COM and it works.

But, from the desktop, if I create an icon to point to C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM, when I click on it, Windows asked me to choose the associate file from the Files association winodow.

Any idea of how it works from Visual FoxPro but not from Windows?
