I am plotting points on a screen, the x y coordinats of which come from data.

I need to to connect the points by creating lines from one point to another. Its easy enough to know where to start the line and where to end the line because I know where the points are. My problem is figuring out the slope and length.

in other words I have a point at left = 200 top = 400
and another point at left 225 top 417

How do I create a line to connect them?


Any one know how to go about it?
