can anyone tell me how I can make the following happen?

I want to create a process that will run daily in the "wee" hours of the morning. Currently the user presses a button and the process takes off. During the process, there are several reports that are printed, showing errors, duplicate ids etc, via REPORT FORM allreports Noconsole to Print

Is there anyway I can save those reports that's generated as MS Word or WP documents automatically?
