Are you running for public office? Sounds like, "all sides of this issue have some great points, but it comes down to a personal decision..." :-)
I haven't looked at any frameworks other than MaxFrame Professional, so that's all I know -- but I like it very much, for much the same reasons.

MUST reflect your personal coding style and expectations. I think all of the ones I've seen and used (TRO, FoxExpress & ProMatrix) are great choices. I, however, have settled on MaxFrame as it gives me a basic framework where I want one and stays out of the way when I want it to. It doesn't write much code or do form, but has a lot of funtionality.
