Mark;
You will get a number of subjective opinions and mine is no different.
When looking for a framework a few years ago I tried a few. I chose Visual Extend (
www.devigus.com) because I found it the easiest (from the ones I tried) to get up and going quickly without a huge learning curve. It has a number of cool features without taking you too far from the native VFP environment. It was the only one at that time with a MS Office look and incremental searches in grids. Also, two features that were very important to me were 1) the ability to easily to multi-language (which it does very well) and 2) easily integrate SDT.
It has an Audit Trail feature.
