Agreed... my fox publications tend to sit and collect dust until I past Enterprise Dev & VBPJ.

Really???? < bg >.
Seriously, the sad part of it all is that in the other magazines, you need not go further than the editorials to glean some decent content. I for one could care less how the editor personally prepared for a hurricane or what devices are used for backups. Backing up one's system is such an elementary topic, that it is a waste of space. Look at editorials in VBPJ. You will see some hard-hitting, and sometimes critial topics. A good editorial is one that leaves you thinking a bit after you have read it.It should be strategic in nature. You may not agree with the view point, but nonetheless, it should be thought provoking. The Feb 2000 VBPJ editorial on adding VBA to your apps was very interesting.
The other magazines continually stress how the development tool of focus integrates into the Windows and WinDNA world. I fear the Fox-Centric approach in FPA does more harm than good. VFP needs to be taken into a new era. And IMO, FPA does not help the cause.
At least FoxTalk is progressive. Whil's editorial on putting VFP data on the Palm Pilot was interesting and provided value. The article on 3D Molecular Models is interesting. Doug's object persistence stuff is of immense value. FoxTalk is on the right track. FPA is a dog and is in desparate need of an overhaul. If there is a cause to fight for in the community, maybe this is it.
Just my 2-cents....
