Adam,
In the Activate method of each page put the code "This.refresh()". This will update the code when the user goes to each page.

As for saving the notes, are the notes in the same table as the other information? If so, then your SAVE button will save that data as well as any other unsaved data, no matter what page it is on.

If your notes are in a different table you will have to run TableUpdate() for BOTH tables in your SAVE button.

I'm assuming that you are using buffered tables, so you can either SAVE or CANCEL data changes.
