When I say "object oriented", I understand that it must have at least:
- inheritance
- polymorphism
- encapsulation
VB is missing one, so, it's not object oriented. It's only an object language.
I don't want to get into a long discussion, since this subject was discussed so many times here. You know what I meant.
I simply can't accept that inheritance is something that is not important or useless. Or, as I heard from VB guys:
inheritance is something bad! :(
I use inheritance a lot and it saves me a lot of time...
In this case, "almost all OO concepts" it's simply not enough for me.
