"Set sysmenu off" would remove menu. But be carefull with doing that you also lose some functions like Ctrl+C - Copy, Ctrl+V Paste etc. Also there is known bug that with sysmenu off, you could encounter problems like "There is not enough memory to complete this operation".
With buttons if you mean toolbars, in the exe there is no default toolbars shown.
