Proper configuration of the MS Networking client and file and printer sharing on all systems. I'd strongly suggest hiring a knowledgable consultant - if you were not aware of what the master browser issue is, you're way out of your league here, and it's not something that can be described and solved by an email or two. The key concepts are covered in the MS curriculum for Network Essentials and each of the OS platforms involved. I know it's been suggested before, but you need training or outside support - unless you're willing to hire someone who knows how to configure and administer your network, you've got a whole lot of learning to do.
