The Platform SDK in the MSDN, combined with the various .H files from VC++, is probably the mopst comprehensive source.

Not that are VFP-specific. Dan Appleman's books on the Win32 API for the VB crowd are a good starting point, but AFAIK, there is no single source other than the MSDN where all of MS's API is documented, and the API behaviors change. If you want to deal with the API in detail, I'd spend some time learning to at least read and understand C code.
