If you want to add it to a form follow these instructions.

Create (or open) your form.
Open Form Controls toolbar.
Click on View Classes (library book icon).
Click on Add.
Select the MAPIMail.vcx library.

Click on cusMAPI object on Controls toolbar.
Click on the form.

In your code, you just type ThisForm.cusMAPI1.SendMail(... parameters ...)
