>>I am using Crystal Reports to output reports in RTF format. There are a few of the Crystal Report formatting options that aren't supported, and I'm dealing with this, but I am finding that some applications that used to open the RTF reports generated from our old database (using the native Access reports) cannot open the RTF reports generated by Crystal Reports.

I got a hold of two of the clients that were having problems. I don't even remember the names of the programs they were using to try to open the rtf's with. They were obscure mail programs.
I think you are correct in assuming their rtf drivers are out of date. When I suggested to them to try opening the rtf documents in Word, they didn't have any problems. The previous rtf documents we were sending them (written in Access) were opening without any problems. Kind of wierd...
They all were happy enough in using Word to open the documents from now on, so I'm not going to research this any further...
Thanks for the response!
