I'm looking for a study about Visual Foxpro v5.0 vs Access 95 or 97.

For a big project, with client/server functionnality, I need to present why Access is not adapted and why VFP 5.0 is better.
Here are several features of the future application:

- Multi user
- Users will download a part of data from the main database to their laptop
- They will work on their laptop, at the client, with a custom application
- Then they upload data to the server, which will update it's own database
- The application will be built with many modules, which will be added to have the global application
- This application will be used in several countries
- Each country will be able to create their own "module" to use with the main application
- And so on...

Please, help me to convainc my manager that VFP 5.0 is more adapted than Access
