Thanks again George, but I just can't get the list box to refresh. I made the value of the list box m.contact which is the same as its control source now.

I tried putting this line of code in the refresh of the form, the search button, and the refresh of the search button. No luck

thisformset.loccont.pageframe1.page1.lstcontact19.value = contact

Is this what you were recommending?
