I used to have that problem with them all of the time. Their Customer Service always did come through for me with the missing issues. Haven't had that problem in about 2 years! The January issue was about 10 days late getting here from when it normally arrives, but it did get here. Sometimes, it's the Snail-Mail problem, not their's.
