>John - sorry for the confusion. The NumberOfElements = alen(thisform.emp). The DisplayCount = 7. I tried resetting NumberOfElements to the default setting but no difference. The array is two dimensional with 8 elements in each.

All you should need to set is the RowSourceType to 5 for array, and the RowSource to your array name. This will only display column 1 of your array, unless you change your ColumnCount property.
