I recommend using the Mere Mortals VCX Editor to check the Class library property of your data environment class. Do the following:

1. Make a backup of your data environment .vcx/.vct
2. In the VFP command window enter: DO FORM VCXEDIT
3. Open your .vcx file in the VCX Editor
4. Search for the mmsecurityenvironment class
5. Examine the Class Library property

If the Class Library property is incorrect, you can use the VCX Editor to manually change the value and save the change to the .vcx
