Thanks David, I'd got these and there was a file in the files section which gave me a good kick start.

One of my big problems is knowing exactly who the email was sent to. We have one outlook program receiving emails for multiple people. the "To" property picks up the "resolved" name according to the sender, so I might be "kiddo", "sarah", "sking" rather than "sarahk@...". Recipients shows the sender. Any ideas?
