Each client workstation that runs the exe will need the VFP5 runtime installed on it. Create a dummy setup routine using the setup wizard. Be sure to check "include VFP runtime". Each station would run this setup before they access your application for the first time.

P.S. I create dummy setup routines by making a project with a text file in it.
