I have seen this also but have not found a solution to it. I have tried what Ed, Walter and Dennis suggested but none of those work.

A little more info on the problem:
I have not seen this happen when do development
It does happen if I run a program (app or exe) from FPW 2.6 but when I exit the program the task bar is back.

It seems to have something to do with running a program.
