>Can I get rid of it? It doesn't look like it. My users, who have only the version of the program I put on a network drive, run it with no problem. When I run any version of my program, the forms always open the data in the folder where I created the app, because they can find it there. I don't want to assume that none of my users will ever have a version in a similarly-named folder on their c: drives. Do I have to get rid of my data environment and USE tables in the form.load? If so, what is the data environment good for anyway?
What I do is to put AutoOpenTables=.F., adjusting the path of the tables in the Load() following by OpenTables().
