Ralf, stop being lazy. You drove me nuts with this crap, too. If you are not capable of dealing with the web unless everyone hands you everything on a platter, this is going to be an immensely frustrating experience.

To go to Microsoft and find a knowledgebase article, go to search.microsoft.com, pick the Knowledgebase, and put in the Q###### refrence in the search box. To go to search.microsoft.com, either type "search.microsoft.com" in the web browser adress box, or www.microsoft.com, and click on search.

Do some of your own work, or buy the functionality to be lazy.
