Thanks for your info on putting the text into a memo field and attaching it as an E-Mail. Project moved to back burner temporarily but important again.

It may be difficult to do. Report is fairly intricate - XTab report. Also users receiving report are not in the same company so do not have a homogenous environment. I am posting a new thread here to see if this can be done using RTF. That to me seems like the best bet.

Also exporting the data to file and reading the file into VB or VFP that preps it for E-Mail might also be an alternative but quite messy if calling it from Fox 2.6
