Your CREATEOBJ() probably failed, or you already had another instance up and didn't see it. If you do not have a current version of Shell installed on your computer - the original version of Win95 (in fact, pretty much anything that doesn't have at least Shell version 4.71 or later on it) might not have it if you've never put IE4 on your system, even if IE5 is there now.
