That'll install the driver, but not configure any User DSNs - this has to be done system by system, userid by userid - the USER DSNs are registry subkeys in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI at least on Win2K/WinNT/Win98 with User profiles enabled. In an NT domain, they follow the roaming hive for the user profile.
