Could you tell me what's happening here.

I made a view (made it with VFP view designer and Stonefield Database Toolkit) and the same problem occurs with either.

At one point I receive the error "SQL: Column 'Alias.NameOfTheField' is not found.

I corrected that problem by changing the order of the join in the join tab.

What would be the explanation to this?

How to be sure it won't happen again?
