Thanks to you all, Finally I found the way and it is very easy, it can be helpful for other persons also which are trying to create such kind of reports, finally i have used this statement :-
select iif(month(date)=1, date, { / / }) as jan, iif(month(date)=2, date, { / / }) as feb from delivery
like that I have created 12 months, and report is perfect and its very fast.
