I tried it but the only little problem was when I wanted to put my colors for the header I had to go to the INIT() method. It's not a real bug. You can drop it in the grid to replace the default headers without your colors. You can't modify it with the class browser. You have to go in .VCX directly. But now when I click on it, It reorders any columns. It's a good start for you Steve
