you can sub-class any VFP object including DataEnvironment,Page, Column and Header you can also store your subclasses either in .PRG files or a .VCX the only problem is you can't use the visual tools for the above mentioned objects we created tools that would help us maintain the option of developing visualy and still have the power of OO (ie abiity to sub-class them) e.g. the DE-Extractor for DataEnvironments Arnon > >> know I can't subclass column or header or can I ? >You can subclass the header.
