I want to extract or convert a .db file created by an old cobal program. Is that a standard type file or could it be just about anyformat the author wanted? My only work around besides reentering all data in my vfp app would be to print the file to disk with the old programs report command and parse the header info etc and end up with what I hope is a space delimited file I can extract the data I need from
