Turns out they aren't running NT Server, but NT Workstation instead. I realize the 10 Session limit is a problem; however, even when this limit is not reached, the system still hangs.

Generally, when it locks up, there is still one workstation which is running the app just fine. If I have that workstation exit the app, sometimes it frees up the system and sometimes it doesn't. In the latter case, if I go to the Server Manager and forcefully disconnect that user or close that user's resources, the system frees up again. Can anyone think of why this may be? There are zero locks shown in the Server Manager, and a LIST STATUS on the working workstation also shows no locks.
