Actually, I am already doing what you have said without knowing that it is the equivalent functionality in VFP. Custom property and method in VFP is totally attached to the object parent form. With the way VB handles custom property and method, it seems to me that it really lacks inheritance because you have to be an expert in composition just to achieve - to a certain level - what inheritance can do for you.
What are you doing when said functionality should also be present in other forms?? Are we gonna cut and paste all over again that if I have 100 forms, I will do it the same 100 times?? In VFP, you just create a subclass form, define all methods and property then use that class as based class and boom...no sweat.
Becoming frustrated... Please pacify me...
