If I DO MyExe.exe (from the command window) I get "There is not enough memory to complete this operation (Error 43)" when I try to instantiate my oApp. The exe is only 128 kb right now, since it's just the oApp, splash screen, logon form and menu. Two tiny tables are open.

Not sure what's causing your problem, but I'm curious- why are you running an exe from the command window?
Do you get this if you run the exe from windows?
