I use a very good email ActiveX component from Mabry www.mabry.com which allows sending mail only whereas the other Mapi mail managers seem to do a send and receive ? Anyway the Mabry mail is really usable. Why not send your report to a file then use the FileToStr() function in VFP to put it into a memo field then email the contents of the memo field. This avoids attachments which create all sorts of support issues at the other end if the user doesn't have whatever program you have sent the data format in.
