In our investigation of the indexing problem and some key input form UT'ers, we identified that the problem, was frmm tables being opened as read only in other data sessions.

For example Table A opened in Private Data Session 2 was opened as read only. Table A opened in Private Data Session 3 was opened as not read only. When a tableupdate was issued in DS 3, the data saved saved to Table A but the index was not updated.

This problem occurred when running the exe under the runtime libraries. It DID NOT occur running the exe in the development environment.
