Rick Strahl does this in the demo version of WebConnect. He creates all the class in PRG code and compiles them into one application. You then have to run the app and the main program performs all the SET CLASSLIB ... ADDITIVE and then returns. All the class definitions are loaded in memory and a developer can't touch them.
