I have a laptop that works fine when connected to our network but crash constantly when not connected. It keeps telling me that "DSSAGENT caused a general protection fault in module RPCRT4.DLL at..." I think it has something to do with DCOM crap with RPCRT4.DLL representing "remote procedural call runtime...". How do I solve this?
