Be careful when you upgrade, there are some landmines on the road to Nirvana. Make sure you test your application after each increment. Also, make sure you have the latest release for each version of the framework.

I also would like to upgrade one of my 3.2 apps, and eventually I might be forced to. But, I hate the idea of all the debugging I'm going to have to do to get job done.
