Hi diane,

During our testing of Windows 2000, we have discovered that if the printer your printing to is not set up on the local machine, the VFP runtime returns to whatever default is set on the machine at the time of install no matter what you've set the report up to. You might want to check the setting on each machine.

Also, and I'm taking a wild swing here, make sure that the printers can handle that particular size paper and are set up to do so. i.e. HP lan printers can handle legal size paper, but you first have to go into the menu option on the printer keypad and tell it to use legal size, before the printer will recognize that size paper.

Let me also ask some questions that might narrow down the answer:

Are the printers lan-based or local printers?
Are they all the same brand and type? What are they?
What size paper are you trying to send to the printers?
