Stonefield has been super about supporting it's users in the past - give them a call or drop them a line by email describing the problem in detail. If they've heard of it and have a fix, they've been stand-up guys about admitting their mistakes and working with their customers to fix bugs or find workarounds for even minor flaws. Doug and company are examples of the best tradition of quality customer support.
