Try http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates.asp and download the additional wizard updates:

Visual FoxPro 5.0 Wizards
Visual Studio Service Packs 2 and 3 contain all of the fixes to the Visual FoxPro executable that were included in Visual FoxPro 5.0a. However, 5.0a included updates to several wizards and genmenu.prg. These updates are not included in the Visual Studio Service Packs and are available here for Visual FoxPro users who installed Visual Studio Service Pack 2 or 3, but did not install Visual FoxPro 5.0a.
