So where's the copy of Enterprise Edition that you used to install VFP? You definitely do not have to install the samples to get the Help files. IOW, when you installed VFP with the licensed distribution for this site...where's their copy of it???

I've got VFP and VC++ installed on my laptop; you can install as much or as little of the Help file set as you like with the Custom install, and Typical drops a copy of FOXHELP.CHM in the VFP folder I think by default. I know that following install from the MSDN Universal subscription it points at a .CHM file and not the MSDN Library .COL file...

Have you checked the VFP subfolders and Visual Studio common folders?
