Try deleting teh FOXUSER.DBF in your VFP directory.

Also, try this, and let me know if its of any help: in the Tools>Options window, on a machine that does work, press Shift and Hit OK. THis will give you a list of sets, try saving that list and running it on teh brokencomputer. Then go into the options window, set any of the options that didin't get fixed (Like open last Proj on startup) and click Set as Default. Hopefully that will fill up your registry again.

Otherwise you will probably have to uninstall first and then reinstall.
