Does anybody have a routine to set the short date format for windows. Right now, the user has to go to START|Control Panel|Regional Settings and switch to the date tab. The reason is I've started using the Microsoft Date/Time picker. Since it went out, I've gotten calls from users saying it was only displaying 00 for the year (y2k scare is going). Anyway, I kinda thought it would be handy if when the application is started if I change that to the mm/dd/yyyy format.
