Walter its been a while. Many thanks for your reply. I got a temp report working with your suggestion, but I am getting an error from Crystal saying the data is busy, I found a way around it with this :

if THISFORM.Olecontrol1.isbusy = .F.
exit
endif
=inkey(.1)
enddo
Have you used the Viewer much and would you recommend if I should pursue using it instead of the Crystal.crystalreport. Any help would be appreciated.
